Is Portugal a safe destination?

According to the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) who has launched the “Safe Travels” stamp, yes! Indeed, Portugal was the first European country to be distinguished with this stamp, thanks to our effort to adopt COVID19 prevention guidelines.

This stamp recognizes Portugal as a destination that complies with health and hygiene protocols in line with the Safe Travel Protocols issued by the WTTC. Travelers can feel confident to travel safely as restrictions are raised.

At Homecooking Lisbon we couldn’t be more committed either…

As a result of this commitment and the adoption of several protection and safety measures recommended by the competent authorities, Homecooking Lisbon was granted the national "Clean&Safe" stamp.

This stamp aims to distinguish tourist activities which are compliant with hygiene and cleaning requirements for the prevention and control of COVID-19 and other possible infections.
